In a world where applying to jobs is as easy as a few clicks, it’s tempting to spread your net as wide as possible, but quantity doesn’t always translate into quality. In fact, the job that’s aligned with your skills, passions, and purpose might not come from an endless string of applications. It might come from a more intentional approach.

1. Trust in the Process and Purpose
